Loose photographs, 1950

 Series

Scope and Content

From the Collection:

William Moos' 104-page scrapbook consists of 585 images of historic houses and structures in Hudson, Ohio, that Moos photographed in 1950. In the scrapbook, Moos has annotated many of the photographs with the house or structure street name. For some homes, a home owner (in 1950) has been identified.

The Moos collection also contains loose photographs. The loose photographs are either duplicates of scrapbook photographs or photographs not included in the scrapbook. The collection contains Moos' notes which list all of the properties, listed by occupant, with corresponding page number. He likely used the notes to track photos that he took and to inventory the prints and negatives.
