Biographical / Historical
The League of Women Voters of Hudson was established in 1938 in association with the LWVUS. The LWV is a nonpartisan organization whose goal is to promote political responsibility through informed and active citizen participation. Members of the LWV are considered under the guidance of League of Women Voters of Ohio to establish consensus on issues that form the Leagues’ position on a variety of issues but never candidates. The LWV Hudson publish a Voters Guide that seeks to provide researched factual information on voting rights and procedures, government, election issues, candidates, and issues of democracy.

- Administrative: Foundational information, Mission statement , Elected Officials,Charter, by-laws, History 1938-
- Annual Reports
- Finance: Budget, Treasurer including budget, annual audit, annual report state and national funding, fundraisers donor lists
- Membership: annual roster, description of membership outreach
- Positions: Studies (local only sinced State and National are archived online)
- Committee Reports: annual summary, social media protocols and policies
- Voter Services: educational materials, registration, methods and programs for public
- Programs: events should be descriptive on annual calendar
- Local advocacy and political activity such as petitions
- Publications: Hudson Voter, Voter Guide, publications, newslettters, directories, community guides and the like
- Audio-Visual Materials: includes scrapbooks and other formats with USB being currently preferred
