History of the Hudson Yacht Club

The Hudson Yacht Club was established by Hudson residents Ned Kendall and Dave Pearson in 1989. Kendall and Pearson served as the commodore and vice commodore respectively. The club began with 70 members and 35 boats, numbers that gradually increased every year. Various activities--such as clam bakes, boat show tours, and trips to Canada--were scheduled for each season.
