Biography of Biography or History

The Hudson Handicrafters organization was started in 1954 with the purpose of promoting an "interest in and supply information for and about Cooperative Extension work in Agriculture and Home Economics," under the Ohio State Extension Service. The Handicrafters later changed their focus to crafting, which continues today. The group requires that individuals reside within the Hudson School district and has limited membership.
