Biography of Mary Holden Dawes Ellsworth
Mary Holden Dawes Ellsworth (1849-1925) was born in Maine. She was the second wife of Edgar Birge Ellsworth (1815-1883), who operated a commission merchant business in Hudson, Ohio, and served as mayor. They had five sons: Edward Dawes (1847-), James William (1849-1925), Henry Elisha, (1851-), Frank Oviatt (1853-), William W. (1855-1855)
