Biography of Biography or History
William Bunnell (1794-1875) was an early Hudson, Ohio, pioneer and a War of 1812 veteran. He was married to Clarrissa Stevens (1792-1835), with whom he had several children: Harriet, Elizabeth, Frederick, Minerva, Julie Ann, and Minerva (II). William's son Frederick W. Bunnell (1821-1875) was a prominent early home builder in Hudson. Little is known about William other than he likely operated a stage coach business (as evidenced by this account book). Other research indicates he may have also worked as a butcher.
