The collection consists of correspondence, reports, flyers and receipts documenting the efforts of the Ladies Aid Society in Hudson. Correspondence includes letters from soldiers acknowledging donations and letters from the Cleveland Soldiers' Aid Society. Reports of the Hudson Ladies Aid Society and several treasurers' reports are also in the collection.
