The bulk of the collection includes papers regarding Eldredge's time on the boards of the Hudson Historical Heritage Association (HHA) and the Historic District Subcommittee. Many of these records relate to the HHA and the Historic District Subcommittee regulations and decrees on building regulations and restrictions in the Hudson Historical District. Of note are records regarding the construction of McDonalds and Acme v. Village of Hudson court case. Also included in this collection are records relating to Eldredge's research material for her book, "Square Dealers." Finally, there is an undated photo album in the collection with photographs, ca. 1927.
